well first of all I think we need to make sure that we clarify what which distinct questions we are asking...

Is it ok to date someone outside of the christian faith? Or is it ok to date someone whom is non-Seventh day Adventist?

I think that this is the true question. Reason is, If you date someone who is a believer of Christ then YES you have something in common, You both love Jesus Christ. You will serve as a better witness than by letting that person wonder around. Invite that person to church and let them decide. If the person truley loves you then they will respect your decisions to come to church on the sabbath and actually will come with you. BUT if that person decides that they do no respect that then it is obvious that maybe you two were not meant for each other. I think that it is a personal decision.

Now... with marriage I believe that it is a different story...
